Erik Huter is the Facilities Manager at Heritage Commercial, bringing a wealth of experience in property management and maintenance. Having worked as an outside vendor since 2020, Erik officially joined the company in 2024. In his role, he oversees property inspections and manages the maintenance team, air conditioning technicians, and porters. He works closely with property managers, tenants, and owners while also coordinating with outside vendors to ensure seamless operations.A key contributor to the company’s growth, Erik played a pivotal role in launching the air conditioning division, handling hiring, scheduling, acquisitions, and expansion efforts. His expertise and leadership have been instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and service quality.Outside of work, Erik enjoys fishing, chainsaw carving, and traveling.
