As a 20-year CPM and Director of Property Management at Heritage Management, Gabe Niccum leads the company’s management team in maximizing real estate asset value for clients. Since joining the company in 2015 as a Property Manager, she has played a key role in developing strategies that balance property income and expenses while ensuring tenant satisfaction and aligning with client goals.Gabe collaborates closely with teams across Accounting and Facilities Maintenance to drive operational efficiency, promote sustainable portfolio growth, and enhance tenant experiences. Her leadership fosters a results-driven approach, ensuring continuous improvement and value creation for clients.Outside of work, Gabe enjoys spending time with family, live music, and outdoor activities. From camping and SCUBA diving to music festivals and skydiving, she embraces life and adventure in all forms.
