Jolene Greaves joined the company in 2021 as a Property Accountant and quickly advanced to the role of Controller in 2022. In this role, she assists the CFO in overseeing all financial data and operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the organization. She is also deeply involved in team development, providing training and support to colleagues. Always eager to take on new challenges, Jolene is often the first to step up when a new project arises.Her key contributions include developing standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and playing a pivotal role in transitioning the company’s accounting software, both of which have streamlined financial processes and improved operational efficiency.Outside of work, Jolene enjoys reading, stand-up paddleboarding, listening to music, and exploring the open road in her Bronco.
