Since joining the company in 2012, he has played a pivotal role in overseeing the organization’s financial health, including budgeting, financial planning and analysis, reporting, risk management, cash flow optimization, and leading the accounting department.Prior to joining Heritage, Paul served as CFO for several startup companies, two of which earned a place on Inc.'s 500 fastest-growing companies list.
