Prior to real estate, project management and leadership capabilities were established during a 14+ year career as a domestic and international engineering manager with Procter & Gamble Company. Responsibilities including packaging equipment design, startup, operation, and throughput optimization. Management of greater than 50 technicians and 15 engineers.
