Richard Greenup has been a vital part of The Heritage team since June 2020. With a strong background in HVAC, he previously worked as an HVAC technician with Heritage from 2014 to 2020 before bringing his expertise to The Cascades.As Maintenance Technician, Richard ensures that all maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently, keeping operations running smoothly. His hands-on approach and commitment to problem-solving help maintain a safe and well-functioning environment.Outside of work, Richard has a keen interest in science and astronomy, always eager to explore the wonders of the universe.
